SERVICES AVAILABLE:

We have 152 beds that are Medicare certified for skilled nursing. We also specialize in geriatric rehabilitation therapy with physical, occupational or speech services.

Our facility includes 10 private suites on our transitional care unit provide a smaller more intimate setting.

We offer a 23-bed secured Alzheimer's unit dedicated to providing a structured environment for residents with a diagnosis of Alzheimer's.

Our staff is trained for end of life issues with pain management and comfort care. We work with several Hospice Providers.
